However, if you encounter any issues with your order, we encourage you to contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the situation to your satisfaction. Refund Policy for Takeaway & Delivery Orders
• Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are applicable only if the order was incorrect, damaged, or not delivered within the agreed time frame.
• How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 2 hours of receiving your order. Ensure you provide your order number, a description
of the issue, and any necessary documentation (e.g., photos of damaged items).
• Refund Process: Once we review and approve your refund request, the refund will be processed through the original payment method (BenefitPay, Credimax, Debit/Credit Card)
within 7-10 business days.
• Non-Refundable Situations: Orders that were delivered as per the specifications but not to personal taste, delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, and orders canceled after the preparation process has begun are non-refundable.
Refund Policy for Event Bookings
• Event Cancellation: If you need to cancel your event booking, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds for event bookings are subject to our cancellation policy (see Cancellation Policy page).
• Partial Refunds: For cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, a partial refund may be provided, depending on the circumstances.
• Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits made for large group bookings or private events may be non-refundable, especially if special preparations have been made.

• Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the order is incorrect, damaged, or
undelivered.
• Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 business days for the amount to be credited to your account, depending on your payment
